When can my delivery be made?
Love To Flower offers delivery 7 days a week from Falkirk , Cumbernauld & Glasgow between 9am and 6pm.
We are unable to deliver at specific times, but can usually narrow times down to a two-hour window upon request ie.
between 2 and 4pm or A.M. delivery before 12. (Except at busy peak periods – for Valentines Flowers, Mothers Day ,Christmas Holidays) For Glasgow business addresses, we endeavor to deliver flower gifts before 5pm (Please notify us if the recipient is leaving before 5pm in advance)

What about Sunday flower delivery?
We can deliver your flowers on Sundays, but internet orders must reach us by 2pm on Saturday. Otherwise, please order by phone on 07800 740 730 to ensure we receive your order in time for delivery.

What about delivery costs ?
Orders placed online Mon-Sat have a standard delivery charge of £6 Cumbernauld-Glasgow and surrounding areas
Sunday delivery is available for an extra cost .
Out with the Falkirk / Cumbernauld & Glasgow areas we can arrange courier service, but it is only on certain arrangements. Please call and we can offer advice on what is available for courier shipping .
The courier charge is £10.00 for next day delivery (we would not want the flowers to be in transit any longer than this)

What happens if no-one’s home?
We do our level best to deliver to the intended recipient, but in cases where no one is home we try to leave the delivery with a neighbour and put a calling card through the recipient’s door telling them from whom to collect. In some instances, and only if the driver deems it safe to do so, deliveries can be left on the property in a safe place, ie behind storm doors. We will never leave flowers outside where they are at the mercy of the elements or thieving opportunists. If there is no safe place or person with whom to leave a delivery, we will try again later.
It is helpful if we are provided with all the contact details (such as flat position) for the recipient so we can make an efficient delivery. Recipient phone numbers will only be used as a last resort to locate the person and arrange delivery time. Please make sure you include a contact number for yourself in case of difficulties.

How do I pay?
Payment online is organised through secure Wix Payments accepted methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, visa/debit, Solo, Electron and.

Love To Flower NEVER pass on customer or recipient details to any third party and your data protection is secure in-studio and online. We take great care to minimise security risks involved in online transactions. Your data is not kept in clear text on any website.

Will my details be revealed to the person receiving my gift?
All the recipient receives is your card message, handwritten by us. So don’t forget to say who you are, unless it’s a secret Valentine of course. We can not reveal the sender’s identity if they have requested anonymity.
